Red Centre Farm - Johnny Mangoes

Mango Farm with mini supermarket to service local and touring trade, with our own products ( 5 wines and liqueurs mango jam,chutney,s ,mango  marinade sauce, mango dessert topping, and creamy delicous mango ice cream, and  fresh fruit and veg in season)

Our farm is situated in the heart of arid Central Australia, where water must be drawn from a sub-artesian supply.

The estate comprises a total of nine hectares.  Six hectares are planted as a mango orchard and three hectares are planted as a vineyard.

The vineyard is divided into two and a half hectares of table grapes and a half-hectare of wine grapes.  During summer, melons are also grown.

We employ full-time, a qualified horticulturist to husband the plantation, and at our busy period, up to fourteen extra staff join us to harvest and process the produce.

The pesticide-free produce is sold on the local and interstate markets and is also used in the manufacture of our own exclusive products.
